Twitter is a microblog that allows you to let your friends, family, and other people who "follow" you know what you are doing. The original intent was for people to answer the question "What are you doing right now?" Each group of people that has discovered Twitter has customized it to meet their needs. In this class you will use Twitter to communicate with your peers, myself, and people and agencies that I ask you to follow. Each "tweet" you send will be sent with a purpose and it must contain the hashtag "#valts" so I can aggregate all of the tweets that are sent from you.
